Fear 01 – Getting my ear pierced

What's the challenge?

To get a piercing.

What are you afraid of?

That pain moment. Probably because of my past experience where I woke up immediately right after my ear surgery was done and that painful feeling is still crystal clear in my mind. So for some reasons, when it comes to ear part, I'll hold back a little. I'm okay with injection or blood test but whenever I think of 'piercing' this word itself, it gives me a cold chill. Also, I would keep thinking where did my extra tiny flesh go?! Did they punch out my little tiny flesh or it's just got pushed aside? So yeah, I do not know where it goes LOL.

How was the experience?

After some quick googling around, so I went to this piercing parlour named Stellar at Somerset, which is really cool and has beautiful jewelry (but, kinda expensive though - to me lah). I was nervous and excited about the whole experience till the moment came. Everyone told me it wouldn’t hurt and that it was going to be very quick. Well, it wasn’t entirely and it did hurt for a quick second. My attendee (Sorry I forgot her name) told me my earlobe was considered the small one, therefore she has to be very careful to measure the ideal piercing spot. Of course, she showed and discussed with me right before she punch-my-flesh-out. Good news is... It wasn't ''that'' scary as I imagined and I’m glad it’s over and I love my shine-bright-like a diamond piercing now HAHA. :)

Anyway, I'm already thinking for next piercing now hahaha.
